According to a recent report released by Hays, 45% of UK tech companies do not think their organisation has the talent needed to achieve its current objectives. Around 57% would be looking to work with contactors to access specific skills for one-off projects. This opens up huge opportunities for the freelance community, providing you have the skills they require.

Core prioritise for these businesses are focused around digital transformation which presents a clear opportunity for independent tech professionals to stay up-to-date with their qualifications.
